I've wondered about these guys too.
I suspect what they want to hear is that you are willing to be a "customer" and are inquiring about the "price".
I haven't hooked up on this site so far, and not sure that is what I want anyway. I spend some time in the chat rooms, here and on irc, and I tend to use chat like I use porn, that is, its good for occasional release of sexual tension with no strings attached and no toxic fluids exchanged.
